Jeff has been in the banking industry for over 23 years and real estate salesman/broker for over 5 years. Currently has been at Farmer State Bank since 2003. Prior to banking he was self-employed as a grain and livestock farmer in the Callender, Iowa area. He is married with 4 children with the youngest two still in high school. Education background was from, Iowa Central Community College at Fort Dodge in Elevator and Farm Supply and Agricultural Banking. Hobbies are the kid’s activities and bowling.

Laura Letsche was raised and graduated from Pocahontas, Iowa. After highschool attended Iowa Lakes Community College in Esterville, receiving a degree in Small Business Management. After college she married Kenny Letsche from Marcus and they have made Marcus there home every since. They have 3 boys Jeremy, Jerad and Jacob. She is an active member in many organizations in Marcus and currently on the Marcus Community Center Boardand Secretary/Treasurer of the Marcus Athletic Booters and Marcus Booster Concession Stand.In her free time she enjoys bike riding, walking, golfing and spending time with family and friends. She joined Farmers State Agency in 1992 and in June of 2007 joined Farmers State Bank Real Estate.
